Service was very unprofessional from start to finish. When I picked up the car, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a young lady to bring me the key instead of it being accessible in a lockbox like most Turo rentals.
When I returned the car, I again had to wait for a man to come outside just to hand him the key. If there had been any damage to the vehicle, he would have seen it that same night when I returned it.
The next day, false damage allegations were made against me even though I took photos at drop-off. The issue was not the car — it was the poor service and false accusations. Turo needs to do better.
I will give this a no Star, but you have to pick a star in order for it to go through

Dear Mia. Our car's center console was damaged and the key fob cracked during your trip. Of course we filed a damage claim with Turo. Turo reviewed the before and after trip photos, verified the claim as legitimate, and approved it. Thus showing, with all due respect, that your accusation itself is false. Secondly, the car was ready on time; we are not late. As you can see in our other reviews, we value our guests and we strive to provide excellent services. Peace, Oscar.
