This wasn't a great experience. The vehicle had a strong chlorine, chemical smell. It lasted throughout the entire trip. The owner told me that they did drop a chemical to clear the car of odor from a prior trip, and offered a credit, which I appreciate, but they should not have made this car available for renting.

Hi Justin, the odor was a chemical cleaner to remove the smoke smell from the previous renter the day before. Usually that smell dissipates, but because of the storms that day we weren't able to air it out much. I apologize and take full accountability for that. However, we offered a full refund and to swap you into another vehicle, which you declined. This could have all been avoided if you just brought the car back and allowed us to make it right for you.
The drive was great and I love having tinted windows, it made me feel like I was VIP
