Car was great except for a few things that were different from the Altima I own and the Altima of the person with me had. So it took us a few minutes to get use to either having things or not having things we were use to and working the same way.... The main drawback we had picking it up was the photo sent to pick up the car had a different plate then the car that was there and it was raining the day we picked it up so we were waiting for the right car for we came in a bit early.... BUT after finding the first copy of the photo sent to me when I rented it, it had a different plate number which was the car there to pick up. So after getting wet at the parking lot we finally figured out the car there was the one I rented.... drop off worked well EXCEPT I either did not see I was suppose to close out the rental on Turo, I got a text asking me if I needed more time or close it out for I was a little late, while I had dropped the car off 2 hours before I was to end my rental time. So being my first time using Turo I was confused on all the procedures but again the trip and rental was great and worked well....
