Car broke down, Turo wouldn’t refund me the full amount even though I only used the car for 1 hour

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected inconvenience. However, the vehicle experienced an issue after you had driven it for more than 70 miles.
Turo reviewed the trip, prorated the charges based on the vehicle’s use, and refunded you accordingly. Additionally, I did not charge you for the gas used during the trip as I understood the stress this may have caused.
Sorry things didn't go well this time.
