Excellent. Lance is a great guy and I would love renting from him again.
I told you I was unaware of your booking until you showed up to pick up the car at our detail shop. I told you it would only take a few minutes to power wash it. You declined saying it was acceptable and not really very dirty, as the pictures show. I told you that this was my personal car I don't normally rent. It was mistakenly put on the active list. We always wash every car before they go out, As per your request we made an exception. You have no right to complain. I'm shocked that you did.
