Communication was tough and I felt they didn't like questions. Floor mats were waxed, resulted in injury
Linda, we're sorry the pickup experience did not meet your expectations. Prior to arrival, we sent multiple messages with the vehicle location, parking row, license plate number, and a photo of the vehicle. When additional assistance was needed, we responded immediately and spoke by phone to help locate the vehicle. We were also surprised to see the injury comment, as no concern regarding the floor mats or any injury was reported during or after the trip.
