I wouldn’t recommend this vehicle for a business trip, but it may be fine for short trips around the city.
Personally, I found the customer service disappointing. It appeared to be a shared host account because after I expressed concerns about the vehicle, one host responded with “lol,” which I felt was dismissive of a legitimate safety issue. Another host later apologized, which I appreciated.
The vehicle had several issues that should have been addressed before being rented out. The fuel gauge needle floated, making it difficult to accurately tell how much gas was in the tank. After driving approximately 700 miles, the dashboard indicated the vehicle needed an oil change. I also noticed the fuel seemed to be depleting much faster than expected, though it was difficult to confirm because of the faulty fuel gauge.
Additionally, the front bumper was being held on with zip ties, the 12V cigarette lighter/charging port didn’t work, so I couldn’t use my portable air pump to keep the front tires properly inflated, and the rear passenger window appeared to be off track—it looked like it might fall out if rolled down.
I rent from Turo frequently and often for extended periods. Based on my experience, I don’t believe a vehicle in this condition should be listed for rent. Basic maintenance and safety concerns, such as a faulty fuel gauge, overdue oil change, unsecured bumper, and malfunctioning window, should be resolved before the vehicle is made available to renters.

Thank your review. If this car was honestly so bad then why did you rent it numerous times. Back to back on Different trips. You should let them know that after you drove “700 miles” and the oil change due soon light came on (HOW THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED FROM FACTORY) you tried to force us to have the car towed just so you didn’t go over your allowed mileage for your trip.
