Vardan was wonderful! He adjusted to my flight changes with no issue and was clear in his directions. The car was very clean and easy to drive. I loved the personal meet ups instead of a lockbox in a random parking lot! Definitely made walking straight into the terminal smooth. I would definitely love to work with Vardan again.

Very easy pick-up and drop-off at Burbank Airport near the terminal. Much closer than the rental car lot. Host was friendly and accommodating, even as my flight was delayed. He was also easy to reach when I had a question, which I probably would not have had if my son didn't rush me, instead of allowing the time to go over everything with me. The Altima was clean and drove like a dream! I loved the on-screen gps and felt confident that I would get to my intended destination. My only disappointment was that heated seats were listed among the features, which it didn't have. I need them for back pain, but the seats were so comfy with good lumbar support, I didn't miss it as much as I feared. I would absolutely recommend!
