While the vehicle was in your possession, it sustained an impact to the front bumper. I received a collision alert directly from the official Mercedes-Benz app confirming a front impact during your trip. As we later established, you were aware of the incident but did not report it to me. I am simply reporting damage that occurred during your reservation and providing the evidence. I’m not sure what exactly the issue is with that.

This was a very good experience. Andrey was a great communicator. He picked me up when we arrived and met me at the parking lot for drop off. The car was in perfect condition. Definitely recommend.
