This car is and was perfect for the occasion. From the gas mileage right down to the comfort everything was perfect. The pick up location and process was quick and easy. The car was ready for the road and so was I. I’m already planning my next trip with this vehicle in mind. Need a weekend get away this should be your first pick. Thank me later

First off. The car says it needs to be serviced. Second, the host tacked on a bunch of bogus fees because we were 10 minutes late for the 3:30 return (Because we spent $40 to have the car cleaned before return)
So the host charged us $70 for a half day of late return.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that late return fees are set directly by Turo, not by us. It seems unfair to leave a negative review because you arrived late. The vehicle is in excellent condition, and its last full service was completed less than a month ago at the official Audi dealership. Thank you and have a great day!
My original vehicle I choose was cancelled for maintenance. They immediately put me in a new vehicle. That vehicle had a strong odor of cigarette smell and they were more then happy to switch it out for this car.

To clarify, this vehicle never had any bad smell or cigarette odor. That issue was with another host’s car, and we only changed it for your comfort. Leaving a negative review on this vehicle for a problem from a different car is unfair. Thank you.
