hosts sent pickup info within 10 minutes of my trip start time and made it delayed, car smelled like cigarettes. drove pretty well otherwise.

You received a message with all the instructions to pick up the car, with the address, time, lockbox, car, license plate, etc. 1 minute after you booked the car (automated message) and you still asked where exactly you were supposed to find the car.
We try to make it super easy But sometimes a few make it impossible.
