Car was okay. Definitely needs new windshield wipers and inside smelled like cigarettes pretty bad. Getting to car was easy

I’m sorry the experience didn’t match what we both expected, Kara. I was honestly surprised, as we chatted throughout your trip and you told me you were having an amazing time and loved the car. I personally inspect every vehicle, and I sterilize and thoroughly clean each car between trips because our guests are the most important thing to me. I’m sorry if the cleaning scent wasn’t to your liking. I’ve already addressed the wipers, and I’d love the chance to make your next trip a true 5-star 😊
