The host was awesome on time pick up from airport and the vehicle drives great 5 stars friendly and professional to do business with. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was a crack in the windshield, a message from the car saying the thread on one of the back tires was low, he canceled my original trip with a different car the day of pick up when it was in the shop prior to me booking it and he thought it would’ve been ready….. No charger cord in the car……

Swapped the our jeep due to maintance. she accepted the swap. She was communicated with and she decided to no charge the car. her last charge at a charging station was for .41 cents so the battery went dead
Host had amazing communication, letting us know about a small chip in the windshield before we picked up the car. But the car was pretty dirty, ants were crawling out of the center storage and a bit of trash most likely from the previous renter. Otherwise everything else was great, the car drove great and had self driving which was fun to use and the host gave really good instructions on how to pick the car up.
