Great job with reservation even a last minute time change. The lot was a little confusing to get to but otherwise no worries! Thank you.

Unreal! The lot you say is confusing?!! We work our tails off to earn 5 stars and because of the airport location we take a hit. Unreal! Truly unreal. So to anyone that reads this, let's see if this is difficult. Exit the baggage claim, turn to you right walk along the side walk until it ends, the Turo parking lot will be on the right! That's it. There is no other parking lot or anything next to it. SMH! We will continue to provide A+ service, although reviews like this are disappointing.

Everything went super smoothly. Was my first time using Turo. Luckily a friend could pick me up from the airport and take me to where it was parked quite a few miles away and helped me leave it there. I think the Uber cost would’ve negated some of the savings if I had to do that, but there was a concierge, John, there when I arrived, and he helped me navigate this first time getting into the car and showing me the details of the car.
Thank you Bethiah, we’re glad you had a good experience. That is our main goal. We encourage a Rideshare to our vehicle which is cheaper than the delivery option, however we are here to accommodate our guest as best as possible. Once again thank you for choosing us.

This was the best rental and process ever. And The host was truly amazing. I had some questions and concerns right in the beginning but he came to my destination and reassured everything was good and from then on out I was amazing . Looking forward to th3 next time . Thank you
