I rented this car very last minute for a family emergency. Pickup was smooth, car was clean and nice. It wasn’t until after I picked it up that I got a message saying it was in a fender bender with previous renter (was still fur from a deer stuck to the front end). Yet again you I wish I could add screenshots of our conversation in the message app. We try our best not to cancel reservations, so we inform our guest of the situation, they agree to the rental and complain at the end. We're done bending over backwards for ungrateful guest. We informed here BEFORE her reservation started. Actually days before it started and explained the situation, she agreed to keep the car and now this. We really can't win with these kind of guest. We really can't. 😔
