Thank you for your review! I’m glad you found the car excellent and enjoyed the private shuttle pickup and drop-off. I was surprised by your comment about the USB, as the car does have a USB port. I only wish you had contacted me during your trip! I would have gladly helped you locate it in seconds. It’s unfortunate to receive a 4-star rating over something that could have been resolved so easily with a quick message. I’m always happy to help my guests! 😊
