The car broke down on me. Jarod did not have another car I could rent. Tow truck picked up the car at 4 pm. Turo would not release me from the rental until the car was delivered to Jarod. I broke down in Savannah, car had to go back to Charleston. Jarod may not have known he needed to notify Turo that he had received the car so I messaged him to confirm he had received it. I was not released from my rental with Turo until 9 pm. I had to uber places because I didn’t want to sit at hotel to wait until I could rent a car. This caused me more expense. The whole thing felt frustrating and avoidable. Don’t ever rent a Fiat. I spent hours on the phone with Turo and dealing with a tow and trying to rent a new car instead of enjoying my vacation.
