Wasn’t happy with this trip at all. Pick up from the airport was complicated. I was sent a photo of a crown plaza van but when I asked the driver if he was here to take me to the car he had no idea who I was. So I called the office and they said they would Ben their way in a black suburban. I had to stop every black suburban I saw asking if they were there to pick me up. When I finally found the driver he don’t know who he was there for just that he was there do a Turo car. Then after getting the car I noticed the ac wasn’t cold but it was a short drive so I didn’t pay much attention. The next day the car was barley driven due to us being here for our sons military graduation we hopped in the car with him and was pretty much busy all day. When I messaged the host about the ac he tried to make it seem like I didn’t know how to work the ac. (My husband is a mechanic) the compressor is obviously going out. It’s 98 degrees and raining so there is no air in the car. It’s blowing hot. I have an asthmatic child so I went and returned the car early. When I messaged the host it took a while to get a response. There was no solution to my problem. Sometimes my messages were just left on read. I tried calling him directly and got no response and when I got to the office to drop the car off I was informed he was in Europe. The car also smelled like marijuana when I picked it up

You first asked for a full refund making up the marijuana smell because you obviously changed your mind or didnt need the car anymore and when l refused, since it was non refundable under Turo rules, you made up a bunch of lies as retaliation. All the reviews about my car speak for themself. l will call Turo now to file a complaint
I had some major issues arise and Steff was more than accommodating and I'm grateful!!
