Pick up location was fine, the lot easily accessible and the staff friendly(during business hours, obviously). I chose this specifically because they had after-hours drop off and because it's a dealership/car repair shop, so I was a bit disappointed when the car showed signs of being in an accident, the infotainment system was sketchy at best, and the backup cam worked when it felt like it. I feel like the vehicle they gave me should have been removed from service. Hopefully their other cars are better quality.

Thanks for the feedback Moon. As mechanics our first priority is to service and maintain our cars to a high standard. The accidents you mention are all minor dings and dents, and this car (as all of the cars in our fleet) do not have accidents that will impact their safety and reliability. Being rental cars, small dents and dings are unavoidable. We appreciate you renting with us.

The vehicle was nice and clean, I just couldn’t figure out the radio but the car ran nice. I would rent from the host again in the future.

We appreciate your feedback! We will create a guide explaining how to setup the screen. We upgraded it to a large smartphone capable screen but it does take a couple of steps to pair via Bluetooth. A guide will definitely help - will put it in place!
