Where do I start…I rented this vehicle for my birthday weekend maybe one of the worst yet I was stop by the cops numerous times in New York and New Jersey for the vehicle being unregistered mangled plate and rear tire bald but because I work with law enforcement and required a badge I got leniency but in Jersey when I was stop wasn’t that lucky with the end result was the vehicle was impounded I was left to find my way home and be careless for the rest of weekend. The host communicated to give me a uber home and compensation of two days for rental but who wants to ride a again after the experience I faced I rather be compensated but when I asked it didn’t go that way paid in full 443 plus 200 deposit to get back 137 and I had 2 days left of 3 day rental I don’t feel like this is fair I feel I should of got all my money back a Uber home and my 55 dollar ticket I got along side a court day for a warrant I got 10 years ago in Atlantic City for 124 dollars .other people experience may have been better but this a ride from hell and the overall ride of vehicle was a 5 at best was very bumpy rear tire bald a vehicle with no door windows and low to ground should stay above the code of safety being that your renting to the public .In this case I tried to deal with host but couldn’t be accommodating the I seen fit so I’m taking it up with turo instead.

Liar don’t believe this guy he such a liar registration was there he smoke weed and cops stop em for smoking not for registration everyone rent it with no problem
1-Hago una reserva. El día antes subo mi carné de conducir y el anfitrión me cancela porque soy extranjero. Así lo dejó por escrito. TURO me dijo que en compensación me daría 258,29 euros (el importe de esa reserva) en crédito para una siguiente reserva. ESO NUNCA OCURRIÓ.
2-Hago una nueva reserva de otro vehículo. Al día siguiente mi acompañante se puso malo y le tuve que llevar al hospital. Se lo comuniqué al anfitrión y le dije que llegaría 3 horas más tarde. Nunca me dijo que hubiera problema. Cuando estoy en el taxi camino del punto de recogida, recibo un mensaje de cancelación. Le escribo para pedirle explicaciones y me dice que hable con TURO. Llamo a servicio al cliente y me dice que tiene derecho a hacerlo según el contrato y blablabla. Se quedan con 2/3 del dinero pagado por la reserva y devuelven 1/3.
Desproporcionado.
3-Vuelvo a reservar el mismo vehículo, puesto que iba en camino al punto de recogida cuando canceló. Vuelvo a pagar el mismo dinero por la reserva. Cuando llego le hago saber al anfitrión que me parece mal que se aproveche de una situación así y me explica que él no dedice, que el vehículo es de TURO y que él sólo lo entrega y recoge.
UNA DECEPCIÓN ABSOLUTA. EXPERIENCIA PARA OLVIDAR Y NO REPETIR.
El primer anfitrión ha sido xenófobo y el segundo abusivo, mientras que TURO lo ha permitido todo y no ha dado soluciones. Es más, ha mentido porque no me ha devuelto dinero de la primera reserva.

This has nothing to do with Turo. The issue is that you returned the vehicle late, damaged, and with a strong odor of sweat. If you knew you were going to be late, you should have let me know. Being punctual and respectful is part of the agreement. I also had plans, and your late return affected them. This has nothing to do with race.
