Super frictionless experience with clear instructions and no gotchas, car was great. Only issues were that the engine was a little loud and the car smells faintly of cigarette smoke

We do want to note that the vehicle is regularly inspected and cleaned between trips, and no cigarette smell had been reported by previous or subsequent guests. The overall trip was good. I feel like the host should’ve planned better not to have rides scheduled literally back to back. Unforeseeable circumstances could arise at any moment, so setting rides within 30 minutes of eachother is not ideal.
There is a Turo buffer between trips. The guest waited until the last minute to attempt to extend her trip when another trip was already scheduled well before her trip was booked. Nonetheless we were accommodating to her being over an hour late for the return.
