The host was great, made the process very easy and simple for pick up and drop off. The only issue I really had was having to drive around with the lock box hanging off the side of the passenger door handle. There was also a faint smell of stale cigarettes. They did try and mask it with an air freshener but they mixed together. That being said there wasn’t much the host could do about that in my opinion as they had just gotten the vehicle back prior to my rental

Hey! I appreciate the review but as far as lockbox go you are supposed to detach the lockbox before driving off and we include instructions of how to detach it from the door handle at the start of every trip which prevents scratching up the door. It is a standard issue lockbox that simply detaches by pressing on the button inside of it!
Everything was great and great on gas. We had one hiccup that was quickly resolved. Will definitely rent again.
