The car was a smooth ride and very clean .. it’s an older car so it has extremely minor kinks but overall a great rental!!! Host was very responsive and even worked with me running late to drop it off!! Would rent again…

I rented this vehicle expecting normal wear and tear, but it had several significant issues that were not disclosed before booking.
Problems I experienced included:
* Broken handle above the driver’s seat.
* Audio only worked through the front right speaker.
* Broken driver’s seat recline that wouldn’t stay connected, making it difficult to adjust the seat.
* Backup camera did not work.
* Front passenger seatbelt was extremely difficult to buckle and would get stuck after retracting, making it essentially unusable.
* The vehicle struggled to start, jerked repeatedly, and the check engine light came on during my rental.
These issues go beyond normal wear and affect the safety and reliability of the vehicle. I documented the problems with photos and contacted the host during my rental to report them, but my message was never acknowledged or responded to. Potential renters should be aware of the vehicle’s condition before booking.
