Beautiful car, nice, clean and ready for my trip at the time reserved. Easy in person key exchange. Given a small tutorial on operating the vehicle, which was very nice! Easy and quick response from Evelyn, the Host. Very pleasant and responsive. I had a hiccup in the return process (ALL my fault) Evelyn was very understanding! Note to self….lesson learned. Can’t wait to use her services again soon! Thanks for making this process so easy!
