Hapson was so accommodating. My car broke down and he was so responsive with renting me the vehicle. I will always do my service with him because of the great way he handles business

Upon picking up the car I attempted to call and text no response. When picking up the car I had to wait about 10 minutes after knocking on windows and doors just to get the keys. Noticed the car needs new ball joints but HOST keeps running it out with out repairs. He was polite tho and did his job once I made contact for checking in

Apologies for the late drop off, it took longer than expected to pack things for the storage unit.

Rubbing noises knocking noises ask the host he said he was just fully serviced animal fur and while I was returning the vehicle his dog came aggressively trying to bite me and I text him in the Turo app and he did not respond

Great car minor damage when I picked up but no issues. No trouble extending trip when needed. Host communication was fine. Will rent again.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
