The car was great—very clean, drove well, and was excellent on gas. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt the host’s communication could have been better.
The first time I messaged him with a question, I never received a response and had to send the same question again 24 hours later. Then, right before returning the vehicle, I reached out for return instructions but again did not receive a response. As a result, I had to make my best guess on how to complete the return process.
Other than the communication issue, I had a very positive experience with the car itself and would definitely rent it again.
