I would not recommend anyone renting this car it didn’t drive as if it didn’t want to pull and the check engine light was flashing so I really couldn’t use it as I really wanted to . When the issue was brought up to the owner he tried to put the blame on me and didn’t want to offer a refund or give me another rental ‼️‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT RENT THIS CAR OR ANY OF HIS OTHER CARS

Unfortunately, you do not know the difference between “D” and “D + and D -“ gear selection. This is an automatic transmission and you must position your gear selector on “D” to drive. That was what you did not know and refused to learn. This vehicle has had the best rating and continues to do so. Happily, a more experienced driver has it on the road since the day your rental was due and you returned it.
Wise people never stop learning something new. Learn!
