Hi Najhea, you mentioned the car needs maintenance but never said anything to us during your trip. Just so you do not deceive our future guests, the car is maintained with a recent oil change, alignment, brand new brakes and brand new tires. I understand you were frustrated at pick up because we mentioned to you it was a requirement for the oil change to be done, but that does not mean you can post false reviews about the vehicle requiring maintenance when you knew it was done. Best of luck.
The car runs great, is great on gas and heats the interior pretty fast which is perfect for these cold winter-like days. My overall experience with this car was satisfactory !
Lastly, the host was super chill and patient with me and allowed me to extend my return time twice. For any new Turo guests I would strongly recommend renting from this host.
I greatly appreciate it and would definitely rent with them again in the future !
