Normand was great. Car was super easy and excellent mileage. The only two issue were that CarPlay audio didn’t seem to work. Likely an issue with the setup not the car and then after our trip there was a minor scrape on the car we didn’t cause. Normand found it afterwards and we paid the damage fee, but it was completely unknown to us.
Normand seems like a trustworthy person so I don’t think he made it up or it was caused after we left - so that’s why I’m giving it 5 stars. Great experience over all.

I’m sorry you had trouble with the CarPlay. It works thru wired connection and launched from the main menu screen.
Regarding the damage, I completely understand your frustration but you can see I took the after photos at the airport where I met you. Unfortunately we did the exchange so quick I didn't physically see the damage until after depature.
I appreciate you still leaving me a 5-star review. I do my best to provide my guests with a great experience.

Rented Normand’s 2022 Prius Prime for an extended weekend trip from New Jersey to Maryland and back, and I was absolutely blown away by the fuel efficiency. Driving around all weekend and handling the interstate commute, I only had to fill up the gas tank a single time.
As a host, Normand was fantastic. He was right on time, highly responsive, and took the time to communicate different aspects of how the vehicle works. Pick-up and drop-off were completely effortless, and the car was spotless when I received it. I would absolutely rent from Normand again!
