Clear from the first few miles after I picked it up that this car has been neglected.
Austin received vehicle instructions before pickup, and communication was maintained throughout. Upon return, he admitted he lacked evidence for his concerns. The passenger-side bumper was returned damaged. Although I provided pre- and post-trip photos proving the damage, Austin denied responsibility. (He picked up the car almost two hours late and was okay with it)

The car was exactly as seen on the Turo platform. It was clean inside, the car ran well with no mechanical issues. The host was very pleasant and helpful regarding the car. I would book again with him.
