I accidentally sent a message to this guest regarding one of my other vehicles being a manual transmission—this was completely unintentional. The guest ended up canceling the reservation, but it was marked in the system as if I had canceled it. I sincerely apologized to the guest for the confusion. He was actually willing to rebook, but while we were working through the situation he ended up booking with another host. Thankfully everything worked out, we learn & improve from small mistakes.
