Renting from Alvin was an amazing experience from start to finish! This was my first time using Turo, and he made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He responded quickly to all of my questions, was incredibly helpful, and made sure everything was clear and straightforward.

There was/is a cigarette smell. In the car. Also, I returned the car with a full tank of gas even though I received it with half a tank.

Car just needed a oil change other then that it was excellent
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
