Amazing communication. Easy pick up. Car was clean and drove great. Easy drop off. Friendly with little bit of an early pick up. Very impressed. Would rent again.

This is my first time running with Turo. There were a little bumps in the road along the way. But everything ended up working out. The host was gracious enough to understand. I do recommend that mr. Smith uses a different manner to have people pick up their cars. Especially since he apparently has numerous ones the card that he said I was supposed to take was not out in front of the house was not in the driveway it was in front of the neighbors house to the left. I never saw it. The key I had opened the Hyundai so that’s the car that I took. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I am going to give him a four only because of the pick up. With it being my very first time it was extremely confusing.
