Car had a slight shake when you got up to 60 but otherwise perfect

I was a bit nervous seeing a review from January 2026 saying the car was in bad mechanical condition, so I wanted to come back and make sure to note that we had zero problems with the car. I drive a mirage at home and it’s a great little fuel efficient car that’s easy to maneuver and park in a busy city like New Orleans during Mardi Gras. The process to check out and return was super easy too! Would rent again.

How far was in terrible shape, tire lights were on, Steering wheel was shaking, temperature gauge was on, and engine was shaking. I immediately brought the car back to inform them of all the problems, all they did was add air to the tire and tell me that’s all they could do. I let him know that I was NOT GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS THAT I INFORMED THEM OF!!!! Horrible customer service, SHADY OWNERS AND WORKERS. FULL OF MALICIOUS LIES.
Guest arrived on the lot and upon seeing other cars started asking about a free upgrade. Over an hour after leaving contacted us about the tire light and in good faith, tires were rechecked and two employees test rode with the guest without noticing "shaking" described by guest. Guest again petitioned for a free upgrade from this car to our Chevy Tahoe, which was a significant upgrade in rent class.
