Car was in very dangerous condition. Back driver side tire went flat. After a professional looked at both rear tires he could see they were both worn down so much you could see metal plate/wire showing. The car was extremely overdue for tires and an alignment. I can’t believe I was driving my family around in a car in such a bad state we could have gotten in an accident if we were driving on the highway. I am extremely disappointed

Sorry your experience was less than perfect. But we did accomadate you when you couldnt afford the rental vehicle for multiple days in a row something I did not have to do. Excellence is the goal and I dont believe in misleading anyone. Hope you have a better experience next time.

Needs a oil change bad car was stalling and takes a while to pick up.

worst host, host gave no communication whatsoever, host never confirmed drivers license and wanted to try to resolve the problem on why host was not confirming but host gave no communication at all

Very well maintained car, comfortable and the pick up process was quick and smooth. The vehicle also gets great mileage. I would definitely rent again without hesitation.
