Didnt have any issues needed a car for a day to go to a family event actually made me like the passat a little bit

Car was in very dangerous condition. Back driver side tire went flat. After a professional looked at both rear tires he could see they were both worn down so much you could see metal plate/wire showing. The car was extremely overdue for tires and an alignment. I can’t believe I was driving my family around in a car in such a bad state we could have gotten in an accident if we were driving on the highway. I am extremely disappointed

Sorry your experience was less than perfect. But we did accomadate you when you couldnt afford the rental vehicle for multiple days in a row something I did not have to do. Excellence is the goal and I dont believe in misleading anyone. Hope you have a better experience next time.
