Car was clean, drove well. After hour pickup could use improvement for customer safety and efficiency. Shouldn’t have to call multiple times at 10pm to try and get an answer from host so I can get access to a car I already paid for. Then after getting in contact, having to send in another selfie with the car in the background for verification all while waiting outside at 10pm for info to unlock the car is a bit ridiculous. Especially with such a secluded pickup location, but outside of that. Everything smooth.

i was not told until i reached the destination for pick up, im being told itll be delivered to me at work before 7pm, i wouldve really liked a message that a situation was accuring before spending money to travel to and from the destination. i was told that this person contacted turo to contact me which i understand, however no one communicated that with me, the person i was talking to was not very kind and i was not being rude during this interaction at all, i just kindly stated i would have liked some form of communication from the host and not turo because i know the customer service isnt that great, i was told he tried to contact me but left no message because “the call when start to voicemail” i hope you understand my frustration HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS DO NOT BOOK
