Car is a rattling pc.of shit..filthy outside and in. Not feeling safe. Communication was TERRIBLE and RUDE. The pickup address is non existent..literally..and had to uber mile away to find car. Cost me much additional time and money ..stay away.

Host was helpful, but it would be great to know as soon as you rent that it’s HISTORIC New Castle as I initially went to the wrong place but all was well. Car runs good just a little Loud. Served the purpose and thankful for help. Would rent again!

Everything was good and had a pleasant experience with the owners. The ONLY problem I had was the transmission felt like it was slipping when u come from a complete stop. IF that was fixed I'd definitely rent it again!!

Thank you very much for your communication, friendliness, and extra assistance—everything was truly excellent. The car had a smell of marijuana from previous renters, although it was very clean when I received it. I rented this car for specific tasks. Fuel consumption is very good, but like many Fords, the gear shifts are a bit problematic, causing unnecessary noises and sudden jerks.
