This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car!!!! The AC was broken and the alternator was going causing it not to start multiple times and leaving me stranded needing to seek professional help on my dime!!!!! They would not refund anything and it was a waste of my time and money!!! Do not rent this car unless you don’t want to use it!

Hi Amy you never contacted us about any issues with the car. We've also hadn't had any complaints of these issues in past trips. After inspecting the car post trip both the ac works as should and the car starts up normally. We believe you may not have known how to operate the vehicle's features. All of our cars are regularly serviced and we always work with our guests to provide the best experience possible. We're sorry you didn't feel this way.

I had a minor issue with the car shaking and the brake light was on but the host was nice when I brought it up. It was shaking and ended up catching a flat and roadside took over 8 hours which I blame turo not the host but still ended up with a negative review. Kindness goes a long way and hope that all the little issues are fixed for the next renter. Nice cars though they take good care of them
