He swapped the car at the last minute and I didn't have time to find another one so I had to agree to it. Then he didn't check me out and I was charged a late fee because Turo said I was 35 minutes late. I wasn't. I was 10 minutes into the 30 minute grace period. I booked it nearly a week in advance so I wouldn't have to stress about the rental and it was so chaotic with his multiple calls while I was at work to ask me to agree to the swap. What choice did I have with 10 hours notice? And his name is not Eddy and that is not his picture. He is a middle aged man running several cars and likely illegally under one name and someone else's picture. Total fraud.
