This host and co host lacks communication. I get to the vehicle on time to find out that he gave me the wrong fob, i attempt to contact him through turo and even his number, he doesn't answer, I ended up calling turo to explain to them the situation but he ignored turo as well. I call turo back, cause I now need a last minute vehicle. Turo was in th process of cancelling the reservation and the host messaged me "your trip is cancelled". Be cautious of renting from this host.
