Joel and his team are incredibly kind and accommodating! The pickup process was seamless and easy. The Mitsubishi Outlander is sleek, comfortable, and has one of the quietest engines I've ever experienced.
One thing renters should be aware of is that the Outlander is better suited as a 5-passenger vehicle with two additional seats for occasional use, rather than a true 7-passenger SUV. Other than that, the vehicle is excellent and performed great throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend renting from Joel and his team.
