Honestly never the type of person to leave a bad review but with the drop off experience I had you forced my hand. I’m not one to leave details out either and fully will admit that I was very late to pickup the car. I apologized multiple times and was still given the chance to grab it. Ben was really nice about it and I felt bad because he waited a long while for me. I took the car and left and immediately noticed the car wasn’t as pictured. It’s really beat up and the transmission was clearly going out. Seats ripped, Shocks are toast and it has scratches all over. Brakes are toast and It’s 100% been in an accident before after taking a look at the body panels. With that all said I’m not one to complain and keep going about the trip. Comes down to the drop off and I pull into the biggest parking lot the owner (not Ben) could’ve possibly chosen and called the owner and he demanded I bring it to the exact spot I dropped it off at. I told him the parking lot is big and I don’t know the exact spot. He then said that I must find it and bring it there that he’s waiting. I responded by asking him what vehicle he was in and once he told me I looked around and he 100% saw me pull in with the car and couldn’t spare me the confusion by coming over. I understand I was late to the pickup but this was really poor customer service on your end.
