Was told about 2 hrs before that the car smelled like smoke and offered a refund. Due to the short notice I didn’t have another option. The car smell was potent to say the least. Other than that everything was good and communication was great.

The vehicle had just been returned by the previous guest, and despite our no-smoking policy, it came back smelling of smoke. We notified you immediately, offered a full refund, and did our best to remove the odor before your trip. Unfortunately, it was more persistent than expected. We appreciate your understanding and are glad everything else met your expectations.

Ke’amber orginally booked the Corolla for 3 days and ended up extending to a full week. She returned the car just like she received it. Clean, full gas, no odor, and it’s ready for the next guest. Even for the first trip, she was a great guest!
