I rented Shamir’s 2020 Toyota Corolla for a week. Overall, the trip went very smoothly. Toward the end of my rental, several warning lights appeared on the dashboard. I contacted Shamir immediately, and he responded quickly with troubleshooting steps—unplugging any chargers/accessories and letting the car sit for about 15 minutes. The issue resolved, and I appreciated his professionalism and communication throughout the rental.

I also needed to extend my trip at the last minute. Shamir let me know another booking was already scheduled but worked with me to make sure I had enough time, as long as I returned the vehicle a few hours before the next renter. Everything went exactly as discussed.

The only issues I noticed were that the front windshield defogger didn’t work properly, which was a little frustrating, and the driver’s side air vent adjustment mechanism was broken. I could still use the A/C, but I had to manually move the vent from inside to change the airflow direction.

Aside from those minor issues, the car got me where I needed to go, and I had no major problems during my trip. Shamir was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Would rent from him again.
