Don’t rent , check engine light on. Loud noise under the car. Smoking out the exhaust pipe. Definitely a head gasket problem . Not safe for a far travel you will be on the side of the road

We take vehicle safety seriously. The light referenced was a scheduled oil change maintenance reminder, not a mechanical failure warning. You stated you did not feel safe due to the reminder, so as a courtesy provided another car. The Avalon was subsequently inspected, passed inspection, and received its scheduled oil service. We stand behind the vehicle’s safety and maintenance. Personally, I understand your anger is due to multiple reimbursements from your trip you did not want to pay.
