Pickup location was easy to access, vehicle was as described and worked well. The only glitch was a last minute change in vehicle type but this ended up working out with no issues; I was credited the difference in price.

Honestly it was nice even though i was pissed because i picked up the car with only 9% charge but the communication kinda compensated for that. Overall, they were awesome. I had fun
