Great experience! The location was very easy to access, and the instructions were extremely detailed and easy to follow. The videos explaining how to operate the Tesla were especially helpful, they covered everything I needed to know, even as someone who had never driven a Tesla before.
I did have a small issue with the app where my phone showed that it was connected, but it still wouldn’t allow me to operate the vehicle. I reached out to support, and they responded quickly and got me up and running without any hassle.
Overall, everything was smooth and convenient. Thank you so much for making the process easy! I really enjoyed the Tesla and would definitely rent again. 💞
