Would rate 4.5/5. Car was great; pickup and dropoff could be improved. Shuttle pickup was easy when we arrived but we were not told which space the car would be in upon pickup so we had to look around the lot for it. Not a big deal since it was daytime but it would have been better to know beforehand. For drop off, would have appreciated before booking to know we should arrive at the location 45-60 minutes before we intend to arrive at the terminal. It ended up being okay because we didn’t have to wait for the shuttle for long, but it didn’t seem reasonable to be asked to arrive an hour before we would normally get to the airport. We would probably still rent again now knowing this, but recommend some more transparency so we can better plan. Thanks!
