Host was very kind and accommodating for pick up. The vehicle should have more pictures in the listing though, as it is a very base model. Additionally, there were some mechanical things we noted: tires should be balanced with an alignment, control arms could be looked at, and the headlight housings are not properly sealed so condensation would build up. We were also under the impression that the vehicle was on airport property, it is not. The description on its location as well as the company name of the shuttle would be useful, we had to use the background of an image to find it. We ended up ubering to it since we called the company, they didn’t answer, so we didn’t know they even pick up from the airport. It did get us from A to B and the host contacted us at our early land time to help with the lockbox issue which was very appreciated! A bit pricey for the experience, our friend found one 10 mins from the airport which was newer for almost half the price. A little hard to justify what we paid just for airport convenience when it wasn’t incredibly convenient, but this is our 3rd Turo so we may have it wrong. We had a great trip, none of this truly dimmed that and I want to reiterate that the host was very accommodating.

2018 Nissan Versa - communication was great for pick up/drop off. Was flexible with extending the return date.

The car didn’t have a low tire pressure when you received it ! It’s almost unfair when you bring a car back with a nail in the new tire and don’t tell me nothing , then turn around put it in review many days later.
