Great car and great communication

The car itself was fine, but the pickup experience was frustrating due to the pickup instructions and exact vehicle location were not provided until one hour before pickup, which is not enough notice to properly plan especially when traveling with kids. On top of that, the shuttle wait and travel time added another 30 minutes to an hour. Had this information been shared earlier, I would have made different arrangements and avoided unnecessary stress and delays. I strongly recommend providing pickup details well in advance so guests can plan accordingly.

Easy pickup and drop off. FYI the car does not have android auto or apple car play as stated. It is simply connected by Bluetooth for audio. Very clean! Good gas mileage.
