At pickup, the car was parked right next to the house and a dog was allowed to run all the way up to the car and barked at me the entire time I was taking photos of the vehicle. What a terrible experience. I cancelled my next Turo trip because this one was so bad. The vehicle had no remote capabilities, which ended up being a real problem when it rained on us. I’m going back to traditional car rental where the vehicles work as expected and I’m not attacked at pick up.

Car was great but it did have a lingering smoke scent that lasted for the first couple days (I guess from previous renter). Other than that, we will definitely will be using this service again! Thank you!

Smooth easy ride, pick up was delayed due to the time zone difference with the host. Needless to say Ahmed was very apologetic for the mix up. Car is great on gas and I do mean that. Didn’t know I was renting from Ahmed on Friday with a different vehicle for my Bday but I got him again and glad to rent from him again.
